I hope that everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! I certainly did. Although we are stationed in Germany we were lucky enough to spend it with my brother who is also stationed in Germany : ) Quite the blessing! Anyways, now it’s time to start gearing up for Christmas…. so get ready for those holiday recipes.

I have to recommend trying the falafel wrap. If you are a vegetarian like me, or even if you do eat meat, but also enjoy your vegetables, you’ll LOVE this! If you make the homemade wrap too it’s a bit labor intensive…. honestly. BUT! I really think that’s what takes this dish over the top.
