I am SO sorry that I failed at posting last Saturday! My Husband is on vacation and we were out of town, spending the weekend with a group of friends. Needless to say I haven’t quite mastered the art of writing/scheduling posts in advance… although! I am writing this on Wednesday and scheduling it for Saturday since we will again be out of town. Last week we were lucky enough to visit Bertchesgarden. It’s a lovely little town nestled into the German Alps on the border of Austria. It’s actually where Hitler’s Eagles Nest is, but we weren’t able to visit it since it’s only open from May-October. This week my Father-in-law is visiting and we wanted to visit someplace especially nice while he was here. We decided to go to Prague. It’s only 4 hours from where we live in Germany and supposedly incredibly nice. Everytime we ask people here where they would recommend visting they always say Prague. Not Rome, Paris, etc, etc- Prague. Isn’t that funny? I can’t wait to see what all the fuss is about. I’ll be sure to share my experience with you! Until then enjoy these recipes and a photo from my trip last week : ) And of course-
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
