So last week was CRAZY for me. My Husband was on vacation for a very long time so we’ve been doing a lot of traveling. This past weekend we went to Prague (see picture below!). We spent three nights there, assuming there would have been plenty to do. Or so we were told by all of our friends here. Honestly I was pretty disappointed in the trip and could have easily left two days in. Oh well. How was I supposed to know that I wasn’t going to like Prague without knowing anything about it? Well now I know and I am not impressed. It was a very big city. Traffic, tourists, souvenir shops, graffiti, little walking room, street swindlers approaching us for change for 1,000 crowns…. not really my thing. I prefer more relaxing locations. I think on my Husbands next few days off we’ll go some place a little more low key. Anyways! He went back to work Tuesday so I have been busy in the kitchen getting my act back together. I downloaded a great new book on my kindle and have been studying it fervently. It’s about food photography and I can NOT wait to catch up with all my week’s past recipes to share with you my new photos : D I think you’ll be impressed. I didn’t even know I had it in me.

As much as I liked the desserts that I baked up for this week, I really loved this meal… This Turkey Meatball Pasta Bake was so creamy and delicious. It’s the perfect meal to make for a family dinner. The best part is that you can make it as homemade or as pre-made and simple as you want. Really a fantastic dish!
