This Weeks Delish!

Sorry about last Saturday… I know that I dropped the ball on my “Weekly Delish” . I was in New Hampshire visiting my Husbands family and there was no internet access. I am just thankful that I was able to get all my regular posts ready and scheduled for the whole week! Personally I can’t believe that I was able to do them all in advance like that, particularly with all the packing and stuff I had to do while simultaneously watching my daughter. Usually I write posts the night before. I’m not so great with pre-planning things very far in advance… haha anyways, now that I am back into my routine, here are some great finds for my week-

This Weeks Pick:

I really enjoy a nice pie. Especially when it comes out beautiful and homey looking at the same time. AND the juices don’t pool! I just love when I come across a pie like that : ) This Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie was completely satisfying in all those ways. It was just a fantastic homemade pie. That is, until my Father dropped most of it on the floor…. oh well! If you’re a Strawberry-Rhubarb fan, I urge you to take a look!
