This is my last weekend vacationing here in Savannah, GA. It’s been lots of fun and I’d hate to leave, but boy am I excited to get back to NY and shortly there after make my way back home to Germany : D It’s crazy- I never thought I’d say that because living there was so tough… but being away from your home for so long can really put things in perspective. But luckily while I was home I was able to see lots of family and friends! Same goes for my time here in GA. Although I wasn’t able to go to Paula Deen’s restaurant simply because parking was out of this world… I did manage to go to Back in the Day Bakery which was fantastic! I think I’ll buy their cookbook : )
I have a single pie crust and some blueberries in my freezer… I think I’ll make this Blueberry and Cream Pie to create some room : )
