SO sorry about missing my weekend post last week! Things were just so crazy for me between getting back from my Savannah vacation and getting prepped and ready to move back to Germany- CRAZY! I got back about three days ago and there has been non-stop cleaning and errand-running ever since. Not to mention that in the interim I managed to delete a TON of food blog photos I had on my hard drive that I have yet to post about… and their gone. All gone. Unless I buy some $100 program to help retrieve them, but that’s not gonna happen. It’s just a tough lesson I guess- don’t fool around with back up images!

I loved, loved, LOVED this recipe! This Zucchini and Goat Cheese Crustless Quiche had amazing flavors. A sourdough bread crumb crust, sautéed zucchini and onions, gruyere and goat cheese, and a rich custard. To-die-for!
