This Weeks Delish!

December 8, 2012

So sorry about missing out on last weeks “Delish” post everybody. I hadn’t yet gotten the internet hooked up in my new place so things were sort of out of whack on my end : / But now that I am officially settled in my new places (all boxes un-packed and given a home!) and I have total internet access I will be going back to my regular blogging routine : ) HEAD’S UP though- my baby is due December 25th (which is in almost two week- eeek!) so I can go into labor at any time. I plan on taking a week off from my blog posting schedule when this happens since I will have my hands pretty full. Hopefully I won’t need longer than one week! But I just wanted everyone to be aware that if I stop posting, I am still out there- I’ve just had my baby and need a minute to recoup haha

This Roasted Garlic Potato Soup looks super yummy and comforting for the winter season! And it’s lighter than you’d expect ; )

My, oh my…. This Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie is stuffed with Nutella AND spinkled with Sea Salt- what a treat!

These are so simple (thanks to store-bought puff pastry) and scrumptious looking- I must make them. Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Brakfast Tarts!

I am a serious eggnog fan. These Eggnog Cheesecake Bars look sooo yummy with their gingerbread crust!

I’ve been wanting to make up some spiced, candied nuts for a while now. This recipe for Crockpot Cinnamon Almonds looks so easy! I really have no excuse now.

This Weeks Pick: I had to go with the recipe for Divinity. Probably because it was my first time having it and I just thought it was wonderful. Plus candy-making and I kinda have a thing…. Regardless if candy-making doesn’t intimidate you,  you don’t mind sweet treats, and you’ve never had divinity before- you have got to make this!
