It’s the last weekend in February! Do you know what that means?? It means that just short of two weeks my Husband will finally be home from his deployment : D ! I can hardly stand the wait- I’m counting down the seconds. There are a million reasons that I am excited to have him back for, but most of all I can’t wait for him to meet his son! I still can’t believe that I had a baby without him here. Can’t wait for the big family reunion : )

This Weeks Pick: I though the Triple Chocolate Cupcakes I shared this week were just phenomenal. As I mentioned in the post, they were so good that I ended up eating every last one (granted not all at once…). The recipe uses my favorite chocolate cupcake, a thick, fudgy ganache, and a light, fluffy milk chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. They require a bit of effort, but they are without a doubt worth it!
